Allison Rabin | Bothell HS Class of 2017 | Bothell, WA
This week I thought I would relive all of my class of 2017 shoots and give an update as to what the #MP_Seniors are gearing up to do this summer and into the fall.
Today I'd like you to meet Allison Rabin.
Class of 2017 Grad of Bothell High school in Bothell, WA. (My Alma mater - Go Cougs!) I met up with Allison and her mom, Leslie, last August for a beautiful sunset senior session at Golden Gardens Park in Seattle. It was the perfect night out on the waterfront and Allison brought a gorgeous white dress for one of her outfits - love that she went with a fun glam look. I remember us walking and talking about the upcoming school year and here we are 10 months later and the school year has already come and gone!
Allison will be graduating this Monday, June 19th, 2017. When I had a chance to catch up with her to see how her school year panned out she told me that her favorite memory of HS was dressing up in spirit gear, tailgating, and cheering on the BHS football team with her BFFs every Friday night. Now that the school year has come to a close, she's looking forward to having lots of fun adventures with her boyfriend, friends, and family this summer. She plans on going zip lining, kayaking, camping, drive in movies, Mariner games and will be spending a week at the lake and sometime in the happiest place on earth, Disneyland! She just really wants to make these last few months count with the people she loves.
This fall, Allison will head to Cal Poly in San Luis Obispo and plans to major in biomedical engineering. She plans to pursue a five-year master's degree with a specialization in regenerative medicine. (This girl is ambitious and determined to say-the-least and I believe she can and will do it!)
While she's excited to start her college adventures, Allison said going to miss her mom like crazy. Her mom is her best friend and not being able to see her every day and laugh will be hard. She'll also miss her three cats because are always there to cuddle with her and cheer up when needed.
I asked Allison if she could give some advice to the Class of 2018 what would it be? Here is what she had to say,
"Get involved!! Participate in as many school activities and events as possible and connect with your class before you all go separate ways." -Allison Rabin
"I was involved in ASB and attended school dances, sporting events, drama productions, and art shows. Show your school spirit, get a group of friends together, and support your class! It was so much more fun than I thought it would be just to go to small little events put on by my school. Also, spend as much time as possible with your parents. They are your biggest supporters and you will miss having them around more than you think! Spending time with friends is fun, but nothing compares to family."
Please help me wish Allison all the love and success on her next journey!
3 cheers for Allison!
XOXO,
Missy
